The Director and Founder of Ops iQ is Simon Prebble
Simon has over 30 years of experience working in the Resources and Manufacturing sectors.
He has held a variety of senior operations leadership roles and understands the day-to-day challenges of leading teams and complex processes.
Simon has a passion for improvement and finding smarter ways to operate. He has led Innovation and Technology Strategy development, and has deep experience in the practical implementation of new technology including automation and robotics.
Through multiple technology projects, Simon has learned that the right technical solution is just the starting point. The true value comes from engaging people in the change and integrating technology into business operations.
